Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
Men and women of any age come to me with a variety of autoimmune diseases such as Hashimotos, Type II Diabetes, Alopecia Areata, Crohn’s Disease, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
There are countless people who come to me who do not have a diagnosis and are looking for answers as to why they feel unwell.
Here’s a list of common symptoms my clients first come to me with: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, skin rashes, eczema, acne, hair loss, fatigue, insomnia, heart palpitations, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, acid reflux, chronic headaches and migraines, joint pain, low libido, PMS, ovarian cysts, and more.
If I don’t live in Arizona, how can I work with you?
I work virtually with clients across Canada and the US. I can even work with you if you live outside of Canada and the US, but lab accessibility will vary. We do our calls on Zoom and most of the labs you do will be kits that I ship to your home. You complete the labs at home by taking a variety of samples that may include using your hair, urine, stool, or saliva. If blood work is needed, I will refer you to a lab near you.
How do I sign up to work with you?
In order to work with me, you must first schedule a free health consultation. This consultation will allow me to understand your health history, main complaints, and health goals. If I feel that I will be the best person to help you achieve your goals, then we will figure out what labs you need and how long will be required for us to work together in order for true healing to take place. At that point, we can move forward working together.
What is required of me while working with you?
You will be required to change your nutrition and adopt a variety of different lifestyle habits that will be tailored to your goals. You will also be required to take professional-grade supplements.
What results can I expect?
Do you take insurance?
I do not take most regular insurance, but I can accept payments from HSA and FSA accounts. You can also make payments with credit cards.
