You need to have the courage to change your life and become healthy. Why? Because repeating unhealthy habits day in and day out is NOT courageous – It’s comfortable. You are fearful of trying new things because you’re afraid something won’t work. You need courage to hire a health professional (like a health coach, personal trainer, acupuncturist, etc.) and courage to ask loved ones to hold you accountable to change.

You also need courage to invest in yourself differently. Let’s take that average of $456 for an individual paying for health insurance and multiply that by the next 40 years of your life to total $218,880 in health insurance. If you never learn to take care of yourself and live an unhealthy lifestyle, then you have already been prescribed some pharmaceuticals or eventually will be, which cost the average person about $1,200 per year additional. Over 40 years that’s $48,000 in pills. The U.S. spends $3.7 TRILLION per year on chronic disease care. I’m talking about diseases like heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. Many of which can be prevented and/or symptoms reversed, lessened or controlled through natural means (diet and lifestyle). Yet 6 in 10 Americans have a chronic disease and 4 in 10 have MULTIPLE diseases. Where is this $3.7 trillion going?

Do you want to keep paying Big Pharma to keep you sick? Or would you rather have the COURAGE to invest in your health and hire a health professional who can teach you about proper nutrition, how to manage your stress, how to take care of yourself and help you rise to the healthiest version of yourself.

There’s only ONE YOU. Treat that ONE you with respect, love and compassion and invest in yourself before you have nothing else. Before you get so sick you can’t work, you can’t take care of yourself or loved ones, and you need to put yourself in debt just to pay for your medical bills.

Guess what? I WAS ALREADY THERE. I already put myself in debt in my late teenage years into early 20s because I didn’t understand proper nutrition, stress management and other healthy lifestyle habits. My brain, body and entire being fell apart. I used every last penny I had to figure out what was wrong with me through conventional medicine, and got NOTHING in return. It wasn’t until I turned to natural practitioners, like the one I am now, that I FINALLY figured out what was wrong, learned how to take care of myself and healed naturally.

So the choice is yours. If you are someone who is starting to notice symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues, heart palpitations, anxiety and other mood disorders, and you don’t want to lose yourself completely… think about looking for help. If you currently have a chronic illness, it’s never too late to work on yourself. HAVE COURAGE TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE.
