In this episode, I sit down with Astrid Hasty, a business and human design coach who discovered human design while recovering from a massive spinal hernia that left her unable to walk and forced her to relearn everything from scratch. Astrid’s story of surrendering to the healing process, living through her fears one milestone at a time, and eventually making it back onto the Nomad Cruise where we met is one of the most honest and grounding accounts of chronic illness recovery the show has featured.
